Archie W. Straiton Endowed Faculty Fellowship in Engineering
Associate Professor Electrical & Computer Engineering
Milos Gligoric is an Associate Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin where he holds the Archie W. Straiton Endowed Faculty Fellowship in Engineering.
His research interests are in software engineering and formal methods, especially in designing techniques and tools that improve software quality and developers' productivity. His work has explored test-input generation, test-quality assessment, testing concurrent code, and regression testing. Five of his papers won an ACM SIGSOFT Distinguished Paper awards (ICSE 2010, ISSTA 2015, FSE 2019, ASE 2022, and ISSTA 2023), and four of his papers were invited for journal submissions.
Milos was awarded three Google Research Faculty Awards (2016, 2020, and 2021), NSF CRII Award (2015), and NSF CAREER Award (2016). Milos holds a PhD (2015) from UIUC, and an MS (2009) and BS (2007) from the University of Belgrade, Serbia.
